These Terms govern the use of this website and any services offered by NEUDECK & PARTNER.

We provide architectural, planning, engineering and expert consulting services. The scope of services is defined individually by written agreement.

3. No Offer or Guarantee

Website content does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement is subject to formal agreement and acceptance.

4. Fees and Payment

Where services are provided under contract, fees and payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

5. Delivery of Services

Timelines and deliverables are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellation / Withdrawal

Where applicable, statutory consumer rights apply. Business-to-business contracts are governed exclusively by the agreed contractual terms.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website content, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, models and documentation remain the intellectual property of NEUDECK & PARTNER unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria and, where applicable, Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, the courts of Vienna (Austria) or Munich (Germany), depending on project location, shall have jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
